At Dr. Alkaitis Organics, we are committed to your skincare satisfaction. Our return policy reflects our confidence in our formulations and our dedication to supporting your long-term skin health.

We offer product samples for purchase on our website and encourage you to try these first if you are new to our skincare line. Please note that all samples are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Everything we create is meticulously small-batch produced in our own laboratory. We oversee every step from start to finish to deliver the purest, most efficacious skincare, rich in vitality. We want you to love your skincare for years to come.

• Returns available for orders purchased in the USA
• Returns available only for products purchased on our Alkaitis website or through our Amazon store
• Samples are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase date
• Product must be unused and unopened
• Returns for opened products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
•  Original packaging must be intact and undamaged (in box with batch code and exp date)
•  Original receipt or order number required

International Customers

For Dr. Alkaitis International customers: we will not be able to accept returns on international orders due to shipping and custom fees. Please consider purchasing samples before investing in full size products.

4. Pack product securely
5. Drop at nearest UPS location
