RETURNS

At Dr. Alkaitis Organics, we are committed to your skincare satisfaction. Our return policy reflects our confidence in our formulations and our dedication to supporting your long-term skin health.

We offer product samples for purchase on our website and strongly encourage you to try these first if you are new to our skincare line. Please note that all samples are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Everything we create is meticulously small-batch produced in our own laboratory. We oversee every step from start to finish to deliver the purest, most efficacious skincare, rich in vitality. We want you to love your skincare for years to come.

Return Guidelines

• Returns are available for orders purchased within the USA directly through dralkaitis.com.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused and unopened.
• Returns of opened or used products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Dr. Alkaitis Organics reserves the right to decline a refund or store credit.
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged, including the product box with batch code and expiration date.
• Original receipt or order number is required.
• Samples are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Amazon Purchases

Products purchased through Amazon must be returned directly through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return policies and procedures. Dr. Alkaitis Organics cannot process Amazon returns directly.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are unable to accept returns on international orders due to international shipping costs, customs fees and related charges. We strongly encourage international customers to purchase samples before investing in full-size products.

RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING

For eligible returns purchased through alkaitis.com, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of the return shipping label, plus a $5 handling and restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Please pack your return securely using the original packaging whenever possible. Dr. Alkaitis Organics reserves the right to decline or reduce a refund if returned products or packaging arrive damaged or do not meet our return requirements.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, as applicable, less the cost of return shipping and the $5 handling and restocking fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

We are also happy to offer a complimentary skin consultation with our Brand Educator, Paisley Pahlmann, to better understand your product experience and help you find products best suited to your skin.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Visit dralkaitis.com and complete our online return form. (Click here to initiate a return)
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the approved product(s) securely.
4. Attach the provided return label and drop your package at the designated carrier location.
5. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
