We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all US orders over $50. 

We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all international orders over $300. 

*For orders below $ 50 and for international orders, (international) shipping fees are charged at a FLAT RATE. For US shipping the flat rate shipping fee is $4.50 and for international orders the flat rate shipping is fee $35.

Promotions & campaigns

When we offer free shipping in our promotions and campaigns, for example during a holiday season, we mean free USPS Priority shipping on  US orders only*. In order to qualify for free shipping, all promotional or campaign conditions should be met.

Offers in promotions and campaigns run as long as Dr. Alkaitis Organics seems fit and/or are valid while stocks last.

*For orders below the set amount, for international orders or for orders that do not meet the set conditions for the respective promotions and campaigns, (international) shipping fees are charged at cost price.

Returns 

We ship all orders ship directly from our own manufacturing laboratory where Dr. Alkaitis formulates, creates and manufactures his entire line of products. We produce our products in small batches to deliver them to your doorstep as fresh as can be. That is why we cannot offer you returns or exchanges for the reason of general dissatisfaction. Dr. Alkaitis makes all his products with the highest attention to quality. We will replace any product that has arrived to you damaged, broken or spilled by the same product. Please note we will only replace damaged products you purchased through www.alkaitis.com Just contact us!

Handling

All our products are made in small batches in our lab to keep them fresh. This means we have a 1-4 day turnaround on our orders. From the day you place your order it will take us between 1-4 days to ship it. If you place an order on Friday we will process that order the next working day.
