We are all familiar with the term ‘dehydrated skin’, but what really causes skin to be dehydrated?
Your skin can be dehydrated when:
When your skin is dehydrated, it usually means your skin is out of balance. Dry skin is always dehydrated. Oily skin usually isn’t, although it can be.
