You see I have always used mascara, and I have always had very short eyelashes.
For years I never used eye make-up remover because, quite frankly, I was too young and too lazy.
I thought that was such an ‘adult’ thing to do.
How did I remove my eye makeup?
I figured out a way to use our cleanser so that it wouldn’t sting my eyes. Do not try that at home! It doesn’t feel good when the cleanser gets in the eyes!
Right about now, the ‘ skin care gurus’ are probably rolling over with horror, that I dare treat my delicate eye area in such a manner, and truthfully, they are absolutely right.
Enter: AGE.
At some point, I noticed my eye area needed some extra TLC, and after years of glancing at our mascara and eye-make up remover at an arms length away from me in my bathroom, I finally started to use it.
At first it took some time getting use to putting oil on my eyes.
Enter: PROPER APPLICATION.

Voila! So easy, and it worked remarkably well. Even on waterproof mascara.
As the weeks went by I was so delighted with using such a pure product on my eyes that worked so well, and also provided an additional layer of hydration around my eyes along with the Eye Crème.
This was the extra TLC that I needed.
I change my skin care routine a lot, depending on season, mood, and skin condition, but basically every evening after I remove my mascara with the oil, I apply eye crème on top of that.
Then one evening as I was getting ready to go to a party, I paid special attention to applying my make-up… as I applied my mascara I noticed that my lashes were longer than I have ever seen them in my life!
I mean truly it’s the first time I have seen lashes on me!
